KreGou ("we", "us", or "our") provides a multi-tenant e-commerce SaaS platform that helps cross-border personal shopping merchants build and manage their online stores. These Terms of Service apply to kregou.com and all of its subdomains (the "Service").
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering an account
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
- You may sign in via email, Facebook, or LINE
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms
3. Acceptable Use
By using our Service, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not engage in fraudulent, false, or misleading behavior
- Not upload content that infringes others' intellectual property rights
- Not use the Service for any illegal activities
- Not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Service
4. Merchant Responsibilities
As a merchant (tenant) on the platform, you agree to:
- Be responsible for the accuracy of product information, pricing, and inventory in your store
- Comply with e-commerce regulations and consumer protection laws in your region
- Properly handle buyer orders, refunds, and customer service
- Not sell any prohibited or restricted goods
5. WhatsApp Business Usage Compliance
When using KreGou's WhatsApp Business integration, merchants additionally agree to:
- Comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy
- Send messages only after a customer has initiated a conversation or consented to receive messages
- Not send spam, harassing content, or unauthorized marketing messages
- Use WhatsApp message templates in compliance with Meta's classification rules (utility / authentication / marketing)
- Comply with the 24-hour customer service window rule: after 24 hours from the customer's last message, only Meta-approved templates may be used to contact
- Honestly represent the merchant's identity (display name must not mislead customers)
- Not sell goods prohibited by the WhatsApp Commerce Policy (such as drugs, weapons, tobacco, live animals, etc.)
- Be solely responsible for any Meta account suspension, fines, or legal consequences resulting from violation of the above rules
KreGou reserves the right to immediately disable a merchant's WhatsApp integration upon discovering a violation of WhatsApp policies.
6. Buyer Rights
As a buyer, you are entitled to:
- Receive accurate and truthful product information
- Resolve after-sales issues according to each merchant's return and exchange policy
- Have your personal information protected (see Privacy Policy)
7. Intellectual Property
The KreGou platform's trademarks, logos, software, and design are our intellectual property. Content you upload to the platform remains your intellectual property, but you grant us the right to display and transmit such content as necessary to provide the Service.
8. Disclaimers
- The Service is provided "as is" without any guarantee of continuous availability
- We are not directly liable for transaction disputes between merchants and buyers
- We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure
9. Service Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users in advance. After account termination, your data will be handled per the Privacy Policy.
10. Terms Modifications
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date refreshed. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
